The Dreama Orphan Care Center was established in 2002 in Qatar with the aim of providing care for orphans and ensuring their stability in foster families and integration into society. The center operates under the umbrella of the Qatar Foundation for Social Work, which in turn is affiliated with the Ministry of Social Development and Family. The center seeks to achieve Qatar's National Vision 2030 by supporting human, social, economic, and environmental development. Over the years, it has succeeded in developing its organizational approach to meet the needs of orphans and achieve social development.
